- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Wash and cut the potatoes into evenly sized cubes or wedges.
- In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
- Preheat the airfryer to 200°C (390°F) for 3 minutes.
- Place the potatoes in the airfryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even crisping.
- Remove when golden and crispy. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
For extra crispiness, soak the potato pieces in water for 30 minutes before seasoning and cooking. Dry thoroughly before adding oil and spices.
