Description

Fresh, garlicky bruschetta toasted to perfection in the airfryer—your new favorite appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 3 ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Extra garlic clove for rubbing (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix diced tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, chopped basil, salt, and pepper. Set aside to marinate.
  2. Slice the baguette and lightly brush each slice with olive oil.
  3. Optional: rub each slice with a garlic clove for extra flavor.
  4. Place slices in the airfryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Airfry at 200°C (390°F) for 3-5 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  6. Top each slice with the tomato mixture and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crunch, toast the bread slightly longer. Use cherry tomatoes for a sweeter touch.
