- 1 baguette, sliced
- 3 ripe tomatoes, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Fresh basil leaves, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Extra garlic clove for rubbing (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix diced tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, chopped basil, salt, and pepper. Set aside to marinate.
- Slice the baguette and lightly brush each slice with olive oil.
- Optional: rub each slice with a garlic clove for extra flavor.
- Place slices in the airfryer basket in a single layer.
- Airfry at 200°C (390°F) for 3-5 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Top each slice with the tomato mixture and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crunch, toast the bread slightly longer. Use cherry tomatoes for a sweeter touch.
