- 15 cl Jus de carotte
- 5 cl Jus d’orange
- 2,5 cm Gingembre frais
- Citron(s)
- 2 pavé(s) Saumon
- 2 c. à soupe Huile d’olive
- 1 pincée(s) Piment d’Espelette
- 1 pincée(s) Herbes de Provence
- 1 pincée(s) Fleur de sel
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together carrot juice, orange juice, grated ginger, olive oil, Espelette pepper, and herbs de Provence; season with fleur de sel.
- Brush the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are well coated.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the glaze is glossy.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 2 minutes; squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top before serving.
- Garnish with a thin slice of lemon and serve with your favorite side.
Notes
Tip: Substitute salmon with sea bass or cod for a different texture. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 2 days and taste great cold in salads. For a richer glaze, add a splash of honey before baking.
