  • 15 cl Jus de carotte
  • 5 cl Jus d’orange
  • 2,5 cm Gingembre frais
  • Citron(s)
  • 2 pavé(s) Saumon
  • 2 c. à soupe Huile d’olive
  • 1 pincée(s) Piment d’Espelette
  • 1 pincée(s) Herbes de Provence
  • 1 pincée(s) Fleur de sel

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together carrot juice, orange juice, grated ginger, olive oil, Espelette pepper, and herbs de Provence; season with fleur de sel.
  3. Brush the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the glaze is glossy.
  5. Remove from the oven and let rest for 2 minutes; squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top before serving.
  6. Garnish with a thin slice of lemon and serve with your favorite side.
